We close Oxjam Leeds Music Festival 2019‘s weekend electronic sessions with a joint collaboration between Crossed Wires and Martin Christie‘s brilliant nationwide Electronic Music Open Mic night (EMOM).

The first EMOM event took place in early 2017 in Manchester. With a simple concept of providing a meeting and performance space for electronic musicians of all styles and persuasions, the event has now grown to take place around the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.

Bringing these 2 organisations together creates a unique event for Oxjam Leeds, showcasing some fantastic talent at all levels of live performance experience, whilst raising money to help Oxfam Great Britain continue their work to bring better lives to people around the world.

Currently residing at Wharf Chambers, Crossed Wires is a night dedicated to exciting live electronic music in a club setting. From dub to techno, krautrock to ambient, modular to coldwave, Crossed Wires is the place in Leeds for innovative live acts and DJs.

Rounding off the event we will have DJ support from Crossed Wires residents and some of the finest electronic music selectors from around the city.
