T8000

Sick Robot is back after a two year hiatus, under a new moniker: “T8000“, currently signed to Pink Dolphin Music Ltd. Armed with new technology and a fresh cup of tea, expect some serious beats.

In his own words:

I started off experimenting with OctaMED on the Amiga 600 at the age of 15 but never thought about releasing anything at the time. My interest for music composition carried on switching between Ableton and Reason. It wasn’t until 2010 that I started to get noticed and began writing material as Sick Robot.

My early material was picked up by Werkstatt Recordings and ‘The Sick Robot Sessions’ EP was born. Sick Robot slowly morphed into T8000 and I’m building up quite a reputation thanks to airplay from BBC Music Introducing and various outlets online.

I’d like to think that my music is original and unique and ranges from Electronica to Drum and Bass. My latest offering “Voices From The Radar II” will be released in October. Influences include Hawkwind, David Bowie, Brian Eno and the Prodigy.
